We founded Tangent under the belief that we can truly make a difference in the healthcare system in West Africa. As a consequence, today Tangent is actively putting together an integrated health system that will help improve people’s lives.

How We Hire

We are looking for highly talented, motivated people to join our team. We strongly believe in diversity in all senses of the word. For example, in the coming days, we will be going after qualified board members because we realize that our board is not yet as diversified as we would like to be in terms of gender, etc.As such, we will be using the same approach, when it comes to hiring our team.
